We’ve only been here 3 times, but wanted to give this place a mention

Ambiance: a positively charming old Canarian house stuffed full of interesting niknaks and furntiure. The courtyard has a big fire that burns when the weather is cooler. Generally cosy, though initially a little opressive, you almost feel like you’re intruding into your grandmothers house. A gin soon fixes that.

Service: Can be a little batty but the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, know the menu and seem pleased to see you.

Food: A veritable mish-mash of styles, from spanish through to german, with some italian and french mixed together – sometimes on the same plate! The food is definitely not dull, but doesn’t always work. Tasty none the less.

Overall: I’ve been three times with different people each time. Some love it, some hate it, but I find myself returning and will almost certainly go again so it must be ok. I wouldn’t go if it wasn’t. At the very least worth a try!
